TITLE: Breakfast at Humphrey's

DESCRIPTION: A trip to Humphrey's Bakery for doughnuts is a morning ritual for many summering on Martha's Vineyard. I had just watched this family come in to buy their treats, and loved the way they held hands to cross the road. It is more Hallmark moment than I would like normally, but too charming an image not to record. The photograph has sold well at my shows, which I guess isn't a surprise, and regardless of it's overly sweet nature, I do have a soft spot for it.
